  • Yoga for kids sessions:  Charity has worked with children and teens for over 20 years, teaching independent living skills, nourishing self esteem and building confidence and resilience to enable young people to reach their full potential.    

Classes include:

Be a Mountain – Stand like a Tree – Grounding exercises

Flow like a river – Be like a fish – Energising movement to music

Roar like a lion – Purr like a Cat – Stretch and Move

Be like the Owl – Be like the Bee – Mindfulness practice

Rest and Relax – Picture your Happy place

Charity has expertise in working with children and teenagers with special needs and learning difficulties, trained in Children’s First, SAMS, MAPA and TCI. Police/Guarda clearance certified.
